How It Works

National Window Washing services approximately 300-500 homes each season in the National Area. During these service calls we note any external repairs that may be needed and ask the homeowner if they would like a quote on fixing them. Many of the problem areas are not within our scope of service and we pass these services off to other qualified professionals.

Each of these leads is warm meaning that the homeowner has already had National Window Washing in to service their home and are expecting a call from someone to estimate the cost of this job. These leads are much easier to close than traditional cold leads because of our established relationship and the fact that in many cases you may be the only contractor bidding on the job.

We allow local contractors to purchase these leads based on the following price structure:

Estimated Job Cost is $0-500 - Lead cost is $10 each
Estimated Job Cost is $500-1000 - Lead cost is $25 each
Estimated Job Value is $1000+ - Lead cost is $50 each

We do not guarantee that leads will close, but we do guarantee that they are warm and have expressed interest in getting the project quoted.

Contractors must provide copies of a business licensee, proof of insurance and a credit card number to be eligible for our referral program. All leads are billed through Visa or Mastercard before being released.
